Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager- Mall Operations at Centrio Mall Dehradun. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the mall, including managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and security, ensuring a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for visitors, and driving revenue and footfall. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for managing and training a team of mall staff. Qualifications Experience in mall operations, property. management, or related field Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Problem-solving and decision-making skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration/Hospitality or related field
