Roles & Responsibilities

• Good experience in working with construction/real Estate Company
• Experience in providing high quality and detailed safety guidelines
• Update and revise safety manual as per best practices
• Conducting Safety Induction for Construction Management department associates
• Training on the key safety areas which are likely to come up on the projects
• Ensure proper implementation of company HSE procedure on site.
• Safety Audit and inspection.
• Conducting safety induction to the workers and staff.
• Keep the safety status records of heavy machineries and heavy duty platforms.
• Monitoring height work activities installation of glass panels lifting activity with use of cranes, kind of work at floor edge etc.
• Visual Inspection of mobile equipment and height work platforms on daily basis before commencing the activities.
• Fire fighting and Rescue in Emergency Cases.
• Ensuring approved and certified equipment are used for each activities.
• Carry out inspection at the sites on weekly and daily basis.
• Keep records for all inspections, trainings accidents incidents, near miss etc.
• Emergency preparedness, planning, organize rescue and fire evacuation drills.
• Giving awareness regarding LOTO procedures to the workers.
• Conducting safety training programs.
• Reporting environmental issues to the superior.
• Guiding and advising site personnels.
• Implementation of permit systems.
• Coordination of heavy works and traffic safety issues.
• Attending client HSE meeting.
• Conducting tool box talks and safety inductions on Daily Basis.
