We also provide admission services for universities in Australia, UK, Canada, Germany, and Dubai. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Guide to Heights - Certified Study Abroad Consultants in Kochi. The day-to-day tasks of this role include responding to customer queries and complaints, resolving customer issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Freshers are welcome Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills Proficiency in customer service and delivering outstanding customer experience Ability to handle customer complaints and. resolve issues Good communication skills, both written and verbal Adaptability and flexibility in dealing with customers from different cultural backgrounds Bachelor's degree in any discipline Experience in the education industry is a plus
