Company Description PanScience Innovations (PSI) is a startup studio located in New Delhi that specializes in AI, Deep Tech, Applied AI, and Data Infrastructure. PSI is currently hiring for one of it's portfolio company Parchaa. Parchaa is a rapidly growing AI Healthcare company that aims to revolutionize healthcare delivery through innovative, AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities: Own the product lifecycle: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities in healthcare AI. Define product vision and strategy, aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements. Lead the product roadmap development, prioritizing features and ensuring alignment with technical feasibility. Manage. the agile development process, working closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, design, marketing) to bring products to market on time and within budget. Drive user-centric innovation: Collaborate with clinicians, healthcare providers, and patients to understand their pain points and needs. Conduct user research (e.g., interviews, surveys) to validate product concepts and features. Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences that are optimized for clinical workflows. Champion data and analytics: Work with data scientists and engineers to understand the potential of AI algorithms for product development. Analyze data to measure product performance, user engagement, and impact on healthcare outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve product effectiveness and optimize AI models. Communicate effectively: Clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders (senior leadership, investors, partners). Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling messaging and launch plans. Effectively communicate the value proposition of the product to potential customers and users. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare or technology. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory landscape. Proven ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research. Experience working with agile development methodologies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Passion for the use of AI in healthcare and improving patient outcomes
