We are hiring US Staffing professionals to augment our healthcare client's delivery and experience. Ideal person would be someone who has capability to lead and Manage the full recruitment cycle with the team of recruiters provided. Person with strong healthcare recruitment background is mandated. Responsibilities: Handling a team of healthcare recruiters and Freshers to educate them about the clients expectations, policies & protocols. Responsible for managing a portfolio of direct relationship and MSP/VMS clients. Identifying, sourcing and recruiting qualified talent for various levels of healthcare professionals. Should have hired, trained and mentored healthcare recruiters and should have capabilities to develop freshers into a ready pool as and when needed. Responsible for various MIS Reports like recruitment tracker, Onboarding tracker, daily work report. Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle activities like Pre-screening, Interviews, Selection, Offer. Negotiation, Closing, and other administrative components. Established and maintained professional relationships with candidates. Qualifications: Experience required is 5-10 years of US Staffing recruitment exp. 2+ Years of experience in Healthcare or Nurse Staffing or Allied Health. Must have excellent experience in recruiting for Acute/hospital, long-term care (LTC) facilities in US. Must have handled a team of 5-15 recruiters. Experience to use job boards and associated tools within, but not limited to: Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc. Experience to use social media to develop pool of candidates outside the traditional job boards. Expertise in recruiting of both Clinical and Allied Health backgrounds, i.e. Registered Nurses (All specialties), RRT, CRT, Radiologist, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Nurse Practitioners, etc.). This is a Work from Office role. Must have excellent professional communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to work independently, within a team environment, and meet goals
