Work you will do MrMed is looking for a Support Executive to assist our customers with postorder support over telephone/ chat channels. As a support executive, you will be the brand ambassador of MrMed and will be responsible for ensuring customers are always delighted by our products and. services. Your work will entail the following Single point of contact for order tracking, communication with logistics partners and post sales support to customers Resolving post dispatch issues of customers - eg delivery status, order tracking, cancellations and refunds Answering phone calls and making follow-up outbound calls Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases Escalating issues to team leads and persistent issues directly to senior management Desired Profile/ Qualifications Bachelors degree in any field. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi 0-3 years experience in customer support Basic excel skills - basic formulae and VLookup Should possess a temperament for handling customers with care Ability to work independently and with others Extremely organized with strong time-management skills Immediate Joiner or maximum 30 days of Notice Period How Youll Grow We want you to develop naturally, by ensuring your strengths are complimented with challenging work experiences that help you develop into future leaders.
