: Seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience specializing in HR Function Like US Payroll and Benefits. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience for working closely with business and implementation teams to achieve desired business goals. Hands-on experience of various HR functions including payroll management, benefits administration and compliance. Work closely with business to drive epics and user story creation, acceptance criteria development. Create wireframes, user action flows, and user journey mappings for application development while ensuring alignment with project goals. Conduct Sprint activities, manage project deliverables, and facilitate project planning, team management, and functional testing. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in cross-functional teams. Job Type.
