Job Description Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Non-EB Insurance Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on commercial insurance, asset, and liability insurance, engaging with CFOs to build a robust sales pipeline and drive new business. Responsibilities: You will own and work towards a minimum size of deals which is 25 lacs and above liability book size and exceed sales targets as per agreed objectives Identify and cultivate relationships with CFOs and key decision-makers to develop a strategic sales pipeline Stay updated on NovaBenefits" products and services and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends and stay informed about competitors and market conditions Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations. Tailor presentations to address the unique needs of each client Lead negotiations to secure profitable. deals.
