Role Description This is an on-site and volunteer role for an Insurance Agent located in Bengaluru. As an Insurance Agent, you will serve clients and build relationships to support their insurance needs, provide guidance on insurance products and services, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets. This role is pivotal in ensuring that customers are informed about the benefits. of owning a health insurance policy and are able to make well-informed decisions about their health care needs. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task Prior experience in sales, customer service, or insurance a plus Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a team environment A minimum of a high school diploma Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with customer relationship management software systems
