Hands on experience secretary in planning and organizational skills put to good use in coordinating corporate communications, meetings, events and travel management. Good at documentation and record maintenance Deft in tapping potential vendors and extend support in employees requirement Adept in handling logistics arrangements, hotel accommodation processing and effecting travel desk services An effective communicator with good inter-personal, presentation and negotiation skills catering to clients and customers requirements Demonstrated accuracy and competence in the completion of tasks Proficient in MS Office with excellent keyboard and typing skills Proven ability to successfully multitask, prioritize and meet demanding deadlines

Multi-Tasking role in HR/Administrative Functions Schedule job interviews and contact candidates Co-ordinate Team / staff meetings Provide event management support as requested Drafting letters and preparing Minutes of Meeting, routing correspondence collate information and prepare reports; screening and directing calls and respond to inquiries
