JD:

• Good oral and written communication skills in English is essential
• Communicate effectively and professionally with end users customers
• Understanding common hardware and technical terminology
• Installation or configuring desktops Laptops
• Desktop and Laptop security experience in terms of anti virus firewalls etc
• Configuring Ms outlook and Network Printers
• Preparation of Daily Weekly Monthly reports and Inventory
