Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Ground Instructor. The Ground Instructor is responsible for providing comprehensive ground training to students pursuing a career in aviation. The role involves developing curriculums, creating lesson plans, conducting training sessions, evaluating student progress, and providing feedback. The Ground Instructor must maintain a thorough understanding. of FAA regulations, aviation safety, and aircraft systems and operations. Qualifications Expert knowledge of FAA regulations, aircraft systems, and operations Experience in developing curriculums and lesson plans for aviation ground training Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other instructors and aviation professionals Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aerospace, or related field FAA Certified Ground Instructor (CGI) or Advanced Ground Instructor (AGI) certification preferred Previous experience as a pilot or aviation professional is a plus
