: Identify and onboard overseas clients seeking talent from India and other countries. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Analyze overseas markets and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential clients. Generate and qualify leads for potential client partnerships. Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, screen, and present suitable candidates toclients. Negotiate terms, contracts, and service agreements with clients, ensuring mutuallybeneficial terms. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. Explore opportunities to expand services to new geographic regions.Identify, approach, and engage potential B2B and B2C clients withinthe Middle East, Europe, and North America for website development, application development, and social. media promotion services. Understand the unique requirements of each client and tailor solutions in website development, application development, and social media promotion to meet their objectives. Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the company's offerings to clients. Create customized proposals and quotes, ensuring alignment with client expectations and market standards. Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts, with a focus on closing deals and achieving revenue targets. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements for international recruitment. Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the company's offerings to clients. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors" offerings to adapt strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare sales, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including understanding of healthcare trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with key stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions effectively. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Willingness to travel as needed.
