Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Coordinator located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining customer databases and coordinating with various departments to provide efficient service to customers. Qualifications Excellent communication skills . Customer service experience and knowledge of customer experience management Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints Experience with customer database management Knowledge of customer satisfaction metrics and techniques Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field Note: Familiarity with IT, Non-IT, and BPO services is a plus, but not required
