Job Responsibilities
Acquisition of franchisees for Prestige Xclusive stores in the identified towns, make cold calls and locate franchisees across local market
Identifying properties & franchisees for company owned outlets in (COFO model)
Handle the whole process from franchisee acquisition to start up
Monitoring the performance of the franchisees on parameters like Transaction value, Loyalty program enrolment & redemption etc.
Achieving primary and secondary sales target while keeping a check on store outstanding
Regular store visits
Implementing company initiatives to improve sales / drive footfalls
Conceptualizing and implementing marketing program to make the franchisee successful
Retail activation at the stores to improve sales
Ensure the store is run as per company laid down norms and standards
Skills and Attributes
Business Development / Analytical Ability / Ability to think out of the box / Go getter/ willing to Travel
