Job Description

1. Responsible for Jio Home Delivery (JHD) in JC Operation
2. Manage and supervise various outbound channels to ensure high service levels for JHD customers
3. Recruit, train & deploy outbound direct sales agents in JC area as per the given target
4. Monitor refresher training on JHD process and product knowledge to agents
5. Drive Lead Acceptance & Lead Delivery on a day-to-day basis
6. Ensure JC Level Master Configurations on JHD platform: Agents, Stores, Pin Codes, Products,
7. JC territory planning to ensure 100% manning coverage
8. Supervise and manage General Trade & Own Store promoters (xDSS) for Home delivery. 

Key skills Required

1. Knowledge of managing and supervising direct sales teams of at least 8–10 people
2. Knowledge of product and markets
3. Knowledge of Direct Sales Practices
4. Team Recruitment Skills
5. Target orientation

Work Experience (specify range): 4–8 Years

CTC (specify range)* 5 lpa

Qualification(s): Graduate in any discipline (MBA or equivalent preferred)
