About the Company: Our client is a super fast growing Financial Services Operations company with more than 1,500 employees at offices in North America, Europe, and Asia, providing a diversified portfolio of services and high-caliber support to over 1,000 MNC BFSI Clients. The services include investment diligence, industry research, valuation, fund administration, accounting, and data analytics. Job Location: Pune Experience Level : The ideal candidate should have 15-20 years of total experience in Client Services/Delivery specifically in Banking and Financial Domain. Ideal Candidate: Someone who has managed huge delivery/services function specifically in Banking and Finances. Someone who has past experience in Business Process Outsourcing/Optimization specifically in Financial/Banking Domain. Minimum team handled should be between 150-200 people. Prior experience in P2P, O2C, financial services, outsourcing, CRM implementation, data migration, market research. accounting, data spreading would be preferred The Role & Responsibilities Leadership and Managerial: Own the service line , expanding service offerings, clients, and use cases Creating long term strategy, setting growth targets Managing the P&L accounts including budgets for topline,hiring, expenses et al Working with internal teams to determine training, staffing, budgets, and forecasts Collaborating with senior management to enhance business development initiatives Product and Stakeholder Management: Defining the scope of engagements, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery Identifying the appropriate work product per clients requirements Ensuring efficient and effective execution of all key aspects of client deliverables Driving improvements in productivity and efficiency by leveraging tech & automation Improve service quality by establishing new processes, steps, checks, and balances Create awareness about the latest offerings on products and services to the clients Developing and maintaining a network of contacts within and outside the company Contributing to the overall operational strategy and implement it within the team
