Looking for Korean Language expertise His/Her mission : Looking for a Product Owner (PO) in Seoul, Korea to lead the business requirements and technical partners coordination for a new brand within its portfolio which will enter their Website Factory program and therefore Website Build, Roll Out and Support. The Product Owner (PO) is a user representative, responsible for bringing the vision of the product throughout its life cycle, consistent with the Product Manager who brings a more global vision. The Product Owner is accountable for product success. As part of the business team (marketing or digital), it is a privileged partner of the website factory development team who analyses users and business needs to determine technical solution with a technical consistency approach. Throughout the product lifecycle, he/she incorporates new features, supported by the Tech Lead, Technical Adviser of the product. To functionally validate the product, operationally and control the. delivery (within iterations such as sprints or cadences), the product owner can be helped by one or several Business Analyst (BA) in some of his activities (analyzing, prioritizing and formalizing needs through Users Stories). Roles : Determines and shares the product vision with all stakeholders (brand, zone, country managers), in agreement with the Product Manager. In his/her day to day activities, he/she : is accountable for product success (leads website building master & follows up localizations roll out) defines all product features and acceptance criteria is responsible for prioritizing product features (MVP - Minimum Valuable Product) maintains the product backlog (features, user stories) insures team working on highest valued features validates test strategy participates to agile rituals (demo, retrospective,.) and to workshops with the business plans the releases decides on behalf of all the stakeholders Transversal skills : Customer centric Adaptability & Cooperation Decision and execution Innovation Influencer with conciliation mindset Great communication Project management ready Marketing & Digital experience Facilitator Technical skills : Comfortable to discuss with front-end & back-end developers Agile practices (scrum, Kanban) Demonstrable experience in web development and support related projects or similar digital experience Experience with Sitecore CMS or similar tools Recommendations : 5+ Years of Experience Demonstrable Product Owner experience Beauty or cosmetic activity experience Jira & Confluence experience Experience Lean startup background
