Overview The HR Recruitment Intern_Unpaid plays a critical role in supporting the recruitment activities of the HR department. This position is essential in ensuring the identification and acquisition of top talent that aligns with the organization's goals and culture. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers Assist in conducting reference and background checks Participate in college recruiting events and career fairs Support the onboarding process for new hires Manage and update the applicant tracking system Assist in developing recruitment strategies and best practices Conduct research on recruitment trends and best sources for talent Provide administrative support to the HR team Required Qualifications Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field . Strong understanding of HR processes and recruitment techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks High level of organization and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment Proactive and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn Previous internship or experience in HR is a plus Skills: recruitment,communication,time management,organization
