Role Description This is a role as a Freelance Recruitment Specialist located in Ahmedabad. As a Freelance Recruitment Specialist, your main responsibilities will be developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, identifying suitable candidates for various positions, interviewing potential candidates, and managing the recruitment process to ensure a consistent pipeline of top talent. Qualifications Proven experience as a Freelance Recruitment Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of placements Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, evaluating, and hiring candidates Excellent knowledge of recruitment strategies and methods, as well as social media and job board platforms Ability to work. with limited supervision and prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and candidates Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred Experience in the media or digital advertising industry is a plus Prior experience as an HR generalist with knowledge of HR policies and procedures is a plus
