Title: Healthcare Recruiter Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Onsite) Positions: 2 Shift: Night Shift (US Process) Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic professional to join our team as a Healthcare Recruitment Specialist to help us grow. The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the complete Healthcare Recruitment Lifecycle process including sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles to our clients. You will also network online with potential candidates to reduce our time-to-hire and ensure attracting the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions smoothly. In this role, we expect you to achieve your daily and monthly targets and will be responsible for your own accountabilities and responsibilities. Top 3 Skills: 1+ years of experience working as a Healthcare Recruiter. Excellent knowledge of the. healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of non-conventional recruiting. Responsibilities And Duties Responsible for handling Healthcare requirements from US based clients. Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire positions. Responsible for Coordinating fulfilment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc. leading to joining post placement. Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement. Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team. Publish progress report to management every week
