 Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing for the chemical manufacturing industry, with a deep understanding of marketing strategies, including Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP). The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to promote our products and enhance our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • STP Strategy Development:
    Develop and implement effective Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) strategies to identify and reach target customer segments.Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine and optimize STP strategies.

  • Market Research:
    Conduct market research to identify opportunities, assess competition, and gather insights to shape marketing strategies.
    Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes affecting the chemical manufacturing sector.

  • Brand Management:
    Develop and maintain a strong brand presence in the market.
    Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels.

  • Product Positioning:
    Work closely with product development teams to understand product features and benefits.
    Implement strategies for effective product positioning in the market.

  • Campaign Development:
    Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with overall business objectives.

  • Digital Marketing:
    Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
    Analyze digital marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data- driven decisions.

  • Collaboration:
    Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support sales objectives.
    Work closely with external agencies and partners to execute marketing programs

  • Budget Management:
    Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
    Monitor and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives.
