Job Description

Responsibility:

• Must have team lead experience for Acquisition Executive/Sr. Executive etc.
• Someone who has experience of acquiring IBS sites like malls, colleges, IT parks/ corporate buildings etc.
• They should have good connects with local Builders in the state.
• Should be well versed with property laws and documentation.
• Should be aware of specification of telecom sites mainly IBS, RTP, GBT, Small Cells etc.
• Able to negotiate the rent, fee, other terms and conditions etc.
