Role Description This is a full-time role as a Product Manager (PMT) - Pharma at Lezivia Lifesciences, located in Mumbai. The Product Manager will work closely with the cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, R&D, QA, and Regulatory Affairs, to develop and execute product strategies. The Product Manager will also be responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating marketing programs to promote the company's products. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life sciences, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. At least 5 years of work experience in Product Management or Brand Management in the Pharmaceutical industry. Excellent knowledge of the Indian Pharmaceutical market and its regulations. Demonstrated. expertise in developing, implementing, and executing successful product strategies. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership. Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
