Job Overview We are seeking a Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and a proven track record of successfully managing and coaching a sales team. Qualifications And Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in sales team leader Proven track record of successfully managing and coaching a sales team Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and. maintain relationships with clients Result-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniques Proficiency in using CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Roles And Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth Monitor team performance and provide guidance and coaching as needed Set sales targets and track sales performance Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to achieve sales objectives Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and provide training Qualification Graduations
