Role : Financial Analyst/ Senior Financial Analyst Relevant Experience: 3 - 6 years Location: Bangalore About The Role FA is custodian of all the rule and criteria define by lenders, adherence of company policies and process. This role is also demanding the analytics skills and highlight improvement area. Good understanding of Balance Sheet formats, structures, and terms including schedules and notes to accounts. This person should have strong data analysis skills including balance sheet analysis and P&L analysis, and a basic understanding of key metrics and ratios related to the operation of business liquidity, activity, leverage, etc. A keen eye on numbers being out of place in any of the financial statements or analysis templates. Should have strong communication skills - oral and written. High levels of concentration while dealing with large amounts of data. An ability to prioritize tasks. Has strong customer orientation and is able to handle objections from. customers methodically and politely. Basic knowledge of banking products such as working capital/term loans/OD purchase financing/sales invoice discounting etc
