Job Description

Prepare valuation reports for US residential properties and ensure each valuation report meets high-quality standards and requirements. Research property-specific details, nearby similar comparable properties to determine the final value. Knowledge of valuation approaches, including comparable sales, income, and cost. Familiarity with GIS sites/tools, zoning, property information tools, data capturing, and processing. Adhere to service level standards for responsiveness to clients. Other skills, and abilities Strong analytical skills and ability to exercise independent judgment Excellent computer skills including Microsoft outlook, excel, and word. Self-motivated and focused on completing objectives with little supervision. Must be detail-oriented and have strong written and verbal. communication skills
