Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer you would play a key role in:

Designing, implementing, and deploying these services. You would work as closely with the developers of the applications as part of the development team and coordinate with the operations and infrastructure teams to deploy and operate these services.
Design, systems engineer, develop, automate deployment, and automate operation of these services. You would be part of a small team that designs and implements the Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) systems that automatically builds and deploys the services to QA, UAT, and production systems.
Designing and system engineering the platforms on which services are deployed. This includes working with the software developers to create development environments used to experiment and develop new services.
Implementing the QA systems on which the UAT and production systems are based and coordinating with the operations and infrastructure teams to deploy these systems in UAT and production.
Designing and writing the software which control and manage the services. It may also include the software development of some portions of the applications.

Qualifications:

BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent discipline
At least 3 to 5 years experience working with cloud services like AWS.
Minimum 2 years of experience as DevOps engineer
Solid experience in designing and implementing complex DevOps solutions
Experience within cloud hosted environments such as Amazon AWS Lambda and cloud serverless computing architecture .
Implement scalable, resilient, and secure solutions in the public cloud, especially in AWS.
Must have hands on experience with Terraform and CI/CD pipeline preferably Jenkins
Deliver cloud projects in an Agile environment
Participate in automation initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiencies and reduce hosting cost
Work closely with Platform Team, Solution Architects and development teams for continuous improvement
Enhance and drive automation and ""Infrastructure as Code"" delivery
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software and infrastructure issues, and develop tools/systems for task automation
Maintaining 100% automation coverage of core Insight build and deploy using cloud-native services and containers
Experience working in Agile teams
Container platform experience such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
Some knowledge of Network administration.
