Job Description

Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative your primary responsibility is to connect with potential customers via phone calls, effectively communicate the benefits of our insurance products, meet the customers to drive sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Reach out to leads to promote Insurance products
2. Product Knowledge: Understand and convey the features and advantages of insurance plans
3. Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and propose tailored insurance solutions
4. Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets within specified timelines
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in our system

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or related fields.
• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
