Job Overview We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at Acacia Hotel, a leading hospitality company with a focus on providing exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the hotel. This role is based in Delhi, Delhi, India and is a full-time position. Qualifications And Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and sales skills Knowledge of banquet operations and upselling techniques Experience in making sales calls and managing customer relationships . Proficiency in using hotel reservation systems and management software (e.g., IDS) Strong network of contacts in the local market Roles And Responsibilities Identify and pursue potential sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns or issues Train and mentor junior sales team members
