The Assistant Hotel Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day hotel operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that high standards of customer service are maintained. Other responsibilities include overseeing the budget and financial reporting, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field Proven experience as an Assistant Hotel Manager or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and leadership abilities Demonstrated proficiency in financial management and reporting Experience with hotel management software Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and. holidays Experience with managing hotels with diverse clients is a plus
