Job Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries, resolving complaints & provide accurate information about product, services & company policies. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout all the interaction.
Shift Timing: 8am to 5pm
Working day: 5days
Week off: 2days (Saturday Sunday)
Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate
Age Criteria: Upto 40 Years
Experience: Minimum 6 months voice experience
Fresher who are looking forward to start their career in BPO, can also apply.
Skills: Excellent English Communications skills required.
