Job Description

Position - Assistant Manager (Product Design & Development) Location - Lucknow Responsibilities: Project Management: Assisting in the overall project management of new product development initiatives. Coordinating and tracking project timelines, tasks, and milestones. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborating with various departments such as marketing, R&D, manufacturing, and quality control. Ensuring effective communication and cooperation among team members. Market Research Support: Assisting in market research activities, including data collection and analysis. Helping to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor products. Idea Generation and Screening: Participating in brainstorming sessions for new product ideas. Supporting the evaluation and screening of potential product concepts. Feasibility Analysis Assistance: Supporting the assessment of technical, financial, and operational feasibility. Contributing to the identification and. mitigation of potential risks. Prototype Development Support: Assisting in the creation and testing of product prototypes. Providing input on improvements and modifications based on feedback. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed documentation of project activities and progress. Generating regular reports for management and stakeholders. Regulatory Compliance Assistance: Assisting in ensuring that the new product adheres to regulatory requirements. Participating in the process of obtaining necessary approvals and certifications. Collaboration with Suppliers: Coordinating with suppliers for the sourcing of materials and components. Ensuring that supplier relationships support the successful development of the new product. Testing and Validation Support: Assisting in market tests, pilot launches, and validation activities. Contributing to the analysis of customer responses and feedback. Launch Preparation: Supporting the development of a comprehensive launch strategy. Assisting in the coordination of marketing and sales activities for the product launch. Post-Launch Monitoring: Contributing to the monitoring of the new product's performance in the market. Assisting in the collection of customer feedback and making recommendations for improvements. Budget Monitoring: Assisting in monitoring and managing the budget for NPD projects. Ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation. Team Leadership: Providing leadership and guidance to team members. Assisting in the development of a positive and productive team culture.
