Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar role within the financial services industry. 4. Strong. understanding of stock market, investment products, and AUM. For Freshers: (Only for advisor role) 1. bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. 2. Strong academic background with a passion for finance and investment. 3. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. 4. Training provided to develop skills in financial analysis, client consultation, and investment strategy.
