Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Intern/ Sales Executive. The Sales Intern/ Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients in the market, conducting research, generating leads, and closing deals. The Sales Intern/Sales Executive will work with the Sales Manager to establish sales targets and develop strategies to meet them, and will also be responsible for keeping track of customer preferences and feedback. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Strong sales and negotiation skills Customer service orientation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite A candidate should possess these skills: Sales and Marketing skills Lead generation and management skills Prospecting skills Relevant qualifications include: Real Estate License Certification in Sales or Marketing Experience with CRM software
