Role Expectations Identifying and assessing future and current training needs Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan Deploying a wide variety of training methods OJT | Classroom Training | Virtual Training Consider the regional training needs & devise methods accordingly Role Deliverables Identify and assess future and current training needs of Beauty Advisors | Makeup Artists | Skincare Consultants through job analysis & Performance analysis Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them Manage training budget Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices Maintain all Training Reports & suggest improvements in the same
