Job Overview We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team at ConsultHagnos, a leading Staffing Services & Consulting company. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assistance to our clients. This is a full-time position located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support. Qualifications And Skills Good fluency in English Graduate Proven experience as a customer support representative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to. handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience with tele sales, field sales, or customer care is a plus Roles And Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding our products and services Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer support experience Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends Meet or exceed customer service targets and goals
