Job Description
We are hiring a Civil Engineer for Corporate Projects
Designation: Deputy Manager
Department: Corporate Projects
Experience: 10 -12 Years
Education: B.E / B.Tech (Civil)
Job Description:
- Construction of Industrial/commercial structure in terms of CIVIL/PEB building projects as per approved drawing, Knowledge of Auto-cad.
- Survey of field in terms of original ground levels and as built structures
- Construction of embankment & sub grade (as per design levels) for Infrastructure.
- Construction of G.S.B., W.M.M., B.T. and Kerb laying work for RCC Road and Drainage project.
- Construction of Pile and Pile Caps or all type of Open foundation for building structure.
- Planning of man materials and machinery according to time line and work front Quantity
- Monitoring the construction activities and coordinating functions like checking of B.B.S. and Shuttering, and execution of same at site accordingly.
- Checking of receiving of material in terms of Quality and Quantity as per IS standard.
- Prepare tentative schedule according to phase wise work and time lime in MS Project, knowledge of MS office.
- Based on the committed project schedule, developed detailed execution plan for project packages along with resource planning
- Detailed review of project execution as per schedule and take pro-active measures
- Supervised execution of civil projects, includes all necessary plumbing and sewerage drainage with all type of process drains up to collection tank of ETP
- Verification of quantity of vendor submitted bills and reconciliation of material supply by client side and process for further payments.
- Coordination with other team members in terms of MEP with civil structures for their further work and updates to superiors for progress and Hindrances.
- Experience in Clean Room partition, flooring like EPOXY/PU, PEB works, Facade and all infra structure projects like roads, Storm water Drain and Kerb laying etc. as per drawing line and levels etc. complete.
- Quantity works out from the drawing for material needs for project work.
- Formatting and Update Daily progress report to seniors with Balance work.
- Day to Day supervision on civil activities and follow with Vendor for if work not initiate.
- Maintain site premises as per EHS norms for zero accident and hygiene for better work place.
- Coordinate with consultant, Architect in case of any discrepancies..
- Rate analysis of items if new Item in BOQ with proper documentation.
- Landscaping work.
