Technical and Professional Requirements:
Customer Support Executive with prior experience in Healthcare/ Pharmacy domain
The candidate should have experience into EMR, EHR, IVF, healthcare domain
2-4 yrs. experience of working in an international voice, email or chat process.
Willing to work in 24x7 environment
Excellent communication, impeccable spelling and grammar.
Should be comfortable in multi-tasking in a high-energy environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and an eye for detail.
Experience of working with international voice/e-mail/chat process.
Preferred Skills: (Worked on EMR, Healthcare Records)
Job Responsibilities:
