The Job: As a Technical Project Manager for Intelligent Automation Application, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of intelligent automation solutions within the organization. Your role will involve managing projects,coordinating teams, and ensuring successful delivery of automation initiatives to optimize business processes and drive efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to achieve automation objectives while adhering to quality standards and timelines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technology Evaluation and Selection: Research and evaluate various technologies, platforms, andtools. Make informed recommendations on the most suitable technologies to meet the organization's automation requirements. 2. Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor multiple automation projects simultaneously. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and timelines. Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success. 3. Team Coordination: Build and lead cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and subject matter experts. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. 4. Vendor Management: Identify and engage with external vendors or partners as needed for the development and implementation of automation solutions. Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage ongoing relationships. 5. Compliance and Security: Implement best practices to safeguard sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access. 6. Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of project initiatives. Regularly assess and report on the performance of projects to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in managing and implementing projects, preferably in intelligent automation (low code) or robotic process automation (RPA). Extensive experience of working with multiple technology stack like Angular, React, micro services architecture, Appian (good to have), MuleSoft (good to have). Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex business processes. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations related BPM applications. Relevant certifications in project management is a plus
