We are hiring for one the Insurance Broking Company- Bangalore

Designation:Business Development Executive

Location: Bangalore

CTC: upto 4 LPA(fixed) + 1 LPA(variable)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Research and Identify Potential Clients
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive lead database
• Engage with potential clients through phone and email communications
• Assist in the preparation of compelling proposals and presentations for client meetings.

• Sales (No Field Work)

• 60% operation & 30% Sales
