We take pride in offering high-quality products and exceptional customer service to our clients. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Females to join our team. The showroom sales will be crucial in assisting customers with product inquiries, providing recommendations, processing sales transactions, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our clientele. Key Responsibilities: Provide product information, demonstrations, and recommendations to customers. Assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on their requirements. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns professionally. Maintain an organized showroom environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays. Collaborate with team members. to provide excellent customer service. Keep updated on product knowledge, including features, specifications, and pricing. Utilize basic tally and Excel skills for maintaining sales records as required. Qualifications: NO minimum experience Basic knowledge of tally and Excel for maintaining sales records. (mandatory) communication skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude and the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of electrical products, fancy lights, or solar products is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent
