Job Description

Freelancer Sales Representative for Development and Tech Services We are looking for excellent sales agents who can work independently, without relying on company systems to source, nurture, and close sales deals. You will be required to sell infrastructure engineers and developers to meet the monthly, quarterly or annual targets. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new prospects through regular communication and follow-ups. Sales Pitch: Develop persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of potential clients. Negotiation: Negotiate terms of agreements by closely coordinating with the company management, and close sales deals to meet revenue targets. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Collaboration. Coordinate with the sales and resources to align availability of resources, and schedule the onboarding accordingly. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Requirements: Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales role in the IT industry. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and present sales pitches. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively pursue sales opportunities. Results-Driven: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives. Adaptability: Ability to perceive industry trends, and adapt strategies (eg. targeted demographics) accordingly. Domain Knowledge: Be able to understand the customer's requirements, advice them of the ideal solution, and build a plan accordingly. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and reporting. Bachelors Degree: A bachelors degree in IT, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Benefits: Competitive commission-based compensation structure. Flexible work schedule and location. Salary: No fixed salary. Salary will be solely based on the commissions from your closed sales.
