We are currently having openings in our Voice Process 100% work from office.

With fixed salary & permanent hiring.

• Designation-
• Customer Support Associate (CSA).

• Job Profile-
• Have to resolute customers query Voice Call

• Mandatory Criteria-
• Any Graduate with 6 Months on paper BPO Experience
• 6 Months on paper BPO Experience can apply
• Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process
• Should have not applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 month
• Customer orientation.
• Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
• No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining
• 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1 hour break
• Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy

• Interview Structure-
• HR round - General check.
• OPS round General Check
• Versant 4 needed min
• Client Round Video Call

• Payouts
• Salary for 6 Months Experience 1.74 LPA, 12.7K/Month.
• Salary for minimum 1 Year experience candidate 2 LPA, 15.5 K/Month.
• 100% fixed salary
• 300/Day stipend in training
• Pick up & drop for odd shifts
