Job Description

Role & responsibilities- Should be able to handle customer queries .

  • Maintain record of customer information & Feedback
  • Should have proactive approach & can think out of the box to help customers.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good Communication
  • Strong contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Should be flexible with Rotational shifts and Night shifts.
  • HSC with experience, Graduate freshers and experienced can apply.

Perks and benefits

  • It will be 6 days working and 1 days rotational week off.
  • You will be working for 9 hours a day including 1 hour of break in it
