NLB Services is hiring for a Service Desk/Helpdesk/Technical Support associate for a CMMI Level 5 company. Position Requirements Graduate- B.tech preferred Should have excellent command over the English language Hands-on experience of working with the global customers/clients in the technical support domain 2.5 years of experience in the technical/service desk/helpdesk support Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Support Specialist in Noida. The Help Desk Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with desktop computers. They will also provide help desk support and customer support to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems. Associate is responsible for performing diagnostics, resolving problems, and implementing corrective actions when an end user has been unsuccessful working under the direction of the Level 1 Customer Service Desk. Incidents that are not resolved at the RRT. will be routed to the deskside support team for resolution or as per the KBA defined (for outside the scope of Deskside) Resolve Incidents and Problems associated with End User Devices and End User Software, and provide break/fix support, advice, and assistance to Authorized Users. Associates would ultimately be responsible for resolving all Incidents and Problems associated with the failure or degradation of Services related to End User Devices and End User Software. Contact the end user via phone to schedule the remote session call and coordinate with onsite assistance if required. Route / reassign calls to other levels of support, as required if miss-assignment occurs Work with Level 2 and 3 Support staff and onsite vendors (as appropriate) to resolve Problems and Service Requests. Update the ITSM Tool fields upon successful resolution of the Incident. Utilize the Providers remote tool to enable remote takeover sessions. Attempt to resolve certain Incident Types by remotely taking control of the End User Device, provided the End Users system is accessible Escalate repeat issues to the appropriate service organization to allow root cause analysis to be performed and resolution to be driven. Qualifications Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skills Outlook troubleshooting, Supporting Mac devices, Printer configuration & troubleshooting VPN Server, DNS, DHCP, Networking Good knowledge on PST, OST Customer support skills Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Relevant certifications or degrees in IT or a related field Interested applicants can share their resumes with hidden_email or leave profiles in my DM
