He Need to ensure that all Resources in the region have enough leads to do business. He Need to Review disbursement of sales Mangers Every Alternative day . Responsible to Ensure Area of Business with Geo Extension and Engagement with Channel partners Need to Review on Call Center Leads and Business Conversion . Need to Ensure Minimum Productivity of On Role and off Role team is meet Need to Ensure Right Product and Program is Delivered as per AOP Plan Mentioned . Responsible for Recruitment and. training of All new Team Members Sales & Collect Model - Managing Collections of the acquired portfolio Key Decisions / Dimensions Case approval with ROI limit.
