We are seeking a seasoned Subject Matter Expert in Asset Valuation for steel industry. Your role involves assessing the value of various steel industry assets using specialized methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide strategic guidance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive asset valuation assessments, covering manufacturing plants, machinery, equipment, and infrastructure. Develop and implement tailored valuation methodologies aligned with steel industry dynamics. Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory factors to inform valuation decisions. Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal teams to gather data and insights for valuation exercises. Provide expert recommendations on asset valuation strategies, depreciation schedules, and investment decisions. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate valuation findings effectively. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance. Accounting, or related field; advanced certification preferred. Minimum 5 years" experience in asset valuation within the steel industry or related sectors. Proficiency in valuation methodologies (e.g., income approach, market approach) and financial modeling tools. Strong analytical and communication skills. Strategic mindset with attention to detail and integrity in conducting valuation activities
