Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolve issues, and maintain a positive customer experience. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to. handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills Ability to provide exceptional customer satisfaction Strong problem-solving and communication skills Experience in handling customer inquiries and complaints Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in using customer service software and systems Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
