Job Description

Primary Skill : Leading Change Secondary Skill : Stimulating InnovationPosition Specific duties : Ensure adherence to technical standards that will promote security, quality, delivery, and cost effectiveness Resolve impediments around technical requirements or dependencies between teams. Understand the vision, strategy, and customer for the area of responsibility and influences the technical dimensions of the roadmap. Determines the right technology choices (e.g. upgrade decisions, hosting decisions) to best deliver business value within the standards defined. Collaborate with Product Owners & Architects, ensure the design, selection, development, implementation, and maintenance of technology is successfully integrated and operated within the companys business environment Drive agile culture among teams, along with monitoring product health, technical debt, and key team metrics Specialty in Platform & ITSM, recent versions of ServiceNow (Utah, Vancouver) Capable of. digging into an established environment Passionate around technical mentoring and coaching with and outside of teams. Required skill : Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features. Must have experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations and have developed custom applications Excellence in verbal and written communication forms with emphasis on persuasive communication, tact, and negotiation. Ability to apply engineering principles and concepts for designs. Proven deep experience working in an Agile and/or Lean + ITIL environment Desired Experience : Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions.
